Introduction

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refers to www.wondermentltd.com. The term “Site” refers to these and all Site connected with Wonderment, LLC. The term “user,” “you” and “your” refers to site visitors, clients, customers and any other users of the site.

 

Wonderment, LLC provides a Site where users can read articles, watch videos, and receive education on training or retreat (collectively called the “Service”).

 

Use of the Site, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Wonderment, LLC is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Services and/or ordering a product from the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

 

Wonderment, LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information provided on Site and Service, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Wonderment, LLC disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error or incompleteness in the Content.

 

This Site is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site.

Other than the content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Site, under these Terms, Wonderment, LLC and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Site, and all such rights are reserved. Wonderment, LLC, reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity without obligation to assign a reason for doing so. Wonderment, LLC reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service.

In these Terms and Conditions, “Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant Wonderment, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Wonderment, LLC reserves the right to remove any of Content from this Site at any time, and for any reason, without notice. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission and shall indemnify Wonderment, LLC, from any claim resulting from your posting of Materials to the site. Wonderment, LLC, reserves the right to remove from the Site any Content submitted by you that it deems inappropriate for the Site or that appears to violate these terms and conditions.

In no event shall Wonderment, LLC nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Wonderment, LLC, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site.

 

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the Site or Service. Additionally, Wonderment, LLC, is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.

This Site is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Wonderment, LLC makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Site, Services, or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Site shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

Errors & Omissions
Wonderment has made a concerted attempt to verify the accuracy of statements made in Retreat documentation including brochure, website or travel documents. Wonderment cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.

Updated Terms & Conditions

Wonderment, LLC reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time seen fit. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep updated with any changes. The current version of terms and conditions can always be found on the Site www.Wondermentltd.com/terms and will be the terms referred to in any dispute.

Third-Party Resources

The Site and the Service contain links to third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content or policies of third-party Site or resources. Links to such Site or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with Wonderment, LLC. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such Site or resources.

 

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

 

Waiver

No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Wonderment, LLC, shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Wonderment, LLC.

Severability
In the event that any term, provision, covenant condition contained in these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

Assignment

These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. Wonderment, LLC shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

Privacy Policy 
Any personal information that Wonderment, LLC collects about Client may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Training or Retreat or to send Client marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our employees, service providers or other suppliers necessary to enable us to operate the Retreat or Training. Wonderment, LLC will otherwise treat Client details in accordance with our privacy policy and protect personal information. Governing Law
The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes in connection with a Retreat or these Terms and Conditions must be initiated in the Supreme Wake County courts of North Carolina.
