Wonderment, LLC disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error or incompleteness in the Content.

Wonderment has made a concerted attempt to verify the accuracy of statements made in Retreat documentation including brochure, website or travel documents. Wonderment cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.

Wonderment, LLC reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time seen fit. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep updated with any changes. The Site and the Service contain links to third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content or policies of third-party Site or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such Site or resources.

 

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Wonderment, LLC, shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Wonderment, LLC.

Severability
In the event that any term, provision, covenant condition contained in these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

Assignment

These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. Wonderment, LLC shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

Privacy Policy 
Any personal information that Wonderment, LLC collects about Client may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Training or Retreat or to send Client marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our employees, service providers or other suppliers necessary to enable us to operate the Retreat or Training. Wonderment, LLC will otherwise treat Client details in accordance with our privacy policy and protect personal information. Governing Law
The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes in connection with a Retreat or these Terms and Conditions must be initiated in the Supreme Wake County courts of North Carolina.
